References, Sources, and Citations

We have strict guidelines for sources and citations and rely on peer-reviewed studies, academic research institutions, government agencies, and medical associations. Primary sources, including studies, scientific references, and statistics, are linked within each article or at the end of the article.

Up-to-Date Information

Our editorial team routinely evaluates our existing content to ensure all information is updated and reflective of the most current research, guidelines, and statistics. Each piece of content is clearly marked with both a publishing date and a date for the last update.
